Anyone that knows me well knows how much I love the medical comedy TV show, Scrubs. You might also know that there is a Scrubs rewatch podcast happening right now called "Fake Doctors, Real Friends". In the 20-ish episodes they've done, the fans made a BINGO game out of common phrases and things the hosts say and do. I created this to generate a unique BINGO board that allows you to play the game while listening to the podcast.
A simple to-do check list management system. Full CRUD capabilities. First time working with Flask and this is my first full-stack Python app. I had a hard time getting this deployed succesfully (on Heroku) but through reaching out to the AZDevs community on Slack, I am so happy to say I got it figured out!
Crusine is an expense and inventory tracking sytem for food truck owners developed by myself and two classmates from the UA boot camp. We struggled a lot in the beginning as this was the first full-stack app we built with React, but through good communication and constant pair-coding we achieved everything we wanted to hit for our Demo Day.
This app generates a randomized password between 8 and 128 characters. The user gets to choose length and character types. This was my first cool app I built with JavaScript. I remember struggling so much with the logic of how it all worked and realizing how much I loved coding. I love the feeling of digging yourself out of challenging problems.
Another group project from my boot camp, Food For Two was my personal brain child. I wanted to build an app that solved the problem of indecisiveness on "what's for dinner?" that many often face. Utilizes the Zomato and Free Weather APIs.
This was another super fun project that was filled with those addicting problem solving moments. I also learned through this app how to GeoLocate the user, that way the user's exact current local weather will load on the landing page. Utilizes the Free Weather API.
